Popularization of the project to automate the download of TV shows from torrent trackers

I'll make a reservation right away that I'm not sure if I'm writing to the address.
I have a project on Github: https://github.com/foxanthony/TorrentMonitor to automate downloading TV shows from torrent trackers. This is a fork of the original TorrentMonitor described here habrahabr.ru/post/157319(but there is practically nothing left of it in the code). Support for trackers and torrent clients is implemented through plugins (rutracker.org, transmission client are already ready). There is support for multilingualism. Used by Yii framework and Twitter bootstrap. Unlike the original project, my torrent monitor is able to pre-delete a download from the client and create a new one, so downloads do not accumulate in the torrent client when updating. If updates are available, a notification is sent (by email for now). Plans include: removing "rotten" hands from the database (hands that have not been updated for a long time, for example, when the season ended), expanding the tracker database, expanding tracking capabilities.
I would like to interest people in Habré, but unfortunately I need help with the correct presentation of the material. I would like to gather some community of interested people for the development of the project. The project will ALWAYS be open source. Advise me what to do? (Or express your interest in the project).
I myself successfully use the project at home (Transmission and TorrentMonitor are installed on the Raspberry Pi and work around the clock).

Cool thing. What about Windows + IIS + uTorrent? Or cut yourself?) I would probably join.
