Poor display of fonts on the monitor. Hardware problem of the device or software?

Good afternoon

There is a new monitor available: LG 24MK430H. IPS FHD.

Found a problem with bad fonts (poorly readable, pixels are very visible - as if there is no anti-aliasing). At the same time, the picture, if we talk about the video, does not raise questions. The problem takes place on Win 10 and on debian, linux mint latest version (on ubuntu). In the case of distributions, the result is slightly better, but not completely.

I noticed that if you set double scaling under the mint, the problem goes away: anti-aliasing works fine and everything looks great. The only downside is the increased size.

Changing font scaling helps, but not much.

It was also checked on other PCs - including those without hdmi. The hardware settings of the monitor were also adjusted.

Tell me, please, in which direction to dig. The positive impact of that same double scaling is confusing.
