Pool application monitoring in IIS 7.5?

IIS 7.5 is deployed on the server, it has several application pools, each pool has about 100 sites.
Is it possible to track each application? How much does it take CPU time, RAM.
Just ran into the problem of server overload on CPU and OP. I struggle with overloading by OP by reloading the pool by the limit. I know that in applications there is a memory overflow, but there are no sources, I just keep it working.
