Png logo in SVG?

Hello, how can I make a png logo the same only in svg? Can anyone suggest a service or something else?

PNG is a raster graphic. SVG is more vector (describes the coordinates of lines, points).
If you want to convert raster graphics to vector for the sake of quality - then this is stupidity.
If you only change the resolution of the picture - use any editor: PS, Sketch, Paint, I think it can also)

If the logo is simple, draw a vector over the PNG. If it’s complicated, leave it in png or ask the designer in a vector.

And in corel'e is not it easier to outline with maximum quality and export to svg?

of the services I know only vectormagic - but it seems that now they have generally removed the ability to both download the result in the online version and save the result in the trial desktop version .
And so - you can see what happens, and if vectorization is necessary on a regular basis, then there are options:
1. buy
2. search in the vastness of the Russian segment of the network
3. learn how to work with vector graphics programs, and vectorize yourself for free, with high quality and with pleasure)
