By mail (including EMS) - it is impossible - because. the transfer of products structurally similar to weapons to the MPO is prohibited (a toy or not does not matter, if it passes it is only because the customs missed it without inspection). You can send by courier - this prohibition does not apply to them.

Usually (and in normal stores this is a postulate) stores attach a genuine declaration to the product (on ebay you can often agree with the seller what to write). And the declaration must indicate that it is pneumatics, and be sure to indicate the power. And then it all depends on the laws of your country.
Usually there are no problems. By the way, for the sake of customs clearance, most of the pictures and the gun itself will have a bright plastic flame arrester, and the normal one is enclosed separately in the box - so that there is no confusion and it is clear that it is a toy.

For customs, at a minimum, a permit issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs is required.

The following are prohibited for shipment to the MPO:
- any types of weapons (their parts), cartridges for them (their parts), products structurally similar to civilian and service weapons
By the way, you can’t send any items to Russia either.
