Plugin styles not working, how to solve?

I connected the styles after answering the question , but there was another problem. Styles that are specified in the file are ignored.
In the source code, it shows that the file is connected, but the elements seem to have no styles. I can't figure out what's wrong.

check the permissions on the style file...

Check the classes in the desired table against the classes in your HTML. It is possible that the required container is not registered somewhere. for example in styles ".container .class1 .class2 {.....}", and on the page just "div class="class1" span class="class2" /span /div without container.
