Plugin or script for the browser to save the final original images?

When viewing in Google images, in order to save the original full-size image, you need to sweat a little:
1) click on the image
2) wait for the right slider
3) go to it
4) find the image there among the heap of content
5) right-click
6) select a location to save
7) done
Do you know any means that simplify this algorithm by any number of steps? Ideally, of course, a request to google images-> tyk with the right button- save the original. And it is saved immediately to a custom folder.
There are other sites like Pinterest. There, too, such quests take a lot of time / attention.
Anyone?
