Plugin for sublime text 2
Good day! In my free time, I'm developing an open-source plugin for sublime text 2, which can be useful for web developers, layout designers, and just those who have encountered it.
The plugin is written in python, and I am not a pro in programming in this wonderful language, so I would love to hear advice and suggestions from knowledgeable people, there is very little code, and I would be grateful for any help.
Wishes are also accepted for the development of the idea or maybe even for other useful near-CSS (although in general not obligatory) features.

In toHex it's prettier to do something like
return '# %s %s' % (stringOne, stringTwo)
