Here is a good service https://pcgen.ru/ that can generate promotional codes by mask, with prefixes, suffixes, etc. alphabetically, up to 10 million, at a time. The output is an archive with promotional codes and a few more goodies. Hashed in md5, if I'm not mistaken, a batch of codes; and a batch of additional codes (over the limit), generated according to the same scheme as the main ones, just in case. The most delicious plus service is free, but there is a limit on the number of generations per day.
