"Please rate" in apps posted on Google Play. Is it possible?

In my application, which will be posted on Google Play, I want to make the following system: the user will see the text "rate our application", 5 buttons: "★", "★★", ... At the same time, when clicking on "★ ★★★" or "★★★★★" the user will be directed to Google Play to rate it, and when clicking on the other buttons, the text "thank you for your rating" will be displayed.
Question: is it possible to do this, will there be a ban in GPlay?

But it is fraught with users' buhurt when they see that the rating was not set when they go directly to Google Play.
Despite the rules, from time to time there are offers for one dollar to give five stars and +1. Moderators can't watch everyone either, but until someone complains.
