Please explain the situation with Blackberry in Russia

Interested in Blackberry devices, in particular

Where to buy in Russia? How inflated are the prices?
How about the keyboard - all the letters are in place? (I remember a sad experience with Nokia.)
What will / will not work here in Russia? Interested mainly in email.
