Players cannot build on a minecraft server. How to fix?

I created a minecraft server, put it on hosting and everything works fine, but not one player can build even me (admin). I tried to edit the infantry (I made changes to it regarding ModifiWorld. *, although they already were). Plugins do not cover anything, except for Essentials, it can be a snag.
Help!, I need it urgently.

If the Essentials plugin is installed and the essentialsAntiBuild module is added to it, then in the Essentials configuration file (/plugins/essentials/config.yml) you need to find the lines: In the build: true and use: true config and replace their true value with false.
And it is precisely because of the EssentialsAntiBuild plugin that in most cases players cannot build on the server, they just need to configure it.
