Player with video acceleration technology similar to YouTube?

I watch tutorial videos on YouTube, but sometimes I have to use the downloaded one. On YouTube, when the video is accelerated by 1.5 and 2 times, there is no effect of raising the tone of the voice, as well as interrupting the sound / image - everything is very smooth and grammatical. Unfortunately, in the Gom and MPC players I know, everything is completely different.
If someone knows players with speed up / rewind technology like on YouTube, I will be very grateful for a hint. For putting everything at random does not shine at all =)

I don’t know what kind of adequate players you have, but VLC plays accelerated video without distortion, I just checked it.
