Play two audio streams at the same time?

Hello.
I have at home one computer, two monitors, and two people (minimum).
Is it possible to somehow make one person watch cartoons on one monitor, and the other, sit in the internet and listen to music (on another monitor / headphones).
Is this basically solvable with two sound cards? Well, or maybe you can use a modern six-channel sound (integrated into the mother) to simultaneously output two conventional stereo? :)
Yes, yes, I understand that in the browser, it seems, there is no choice in the settings, through which sound card to drive the sound.

Hi, for this you need a multi-channel external audio interface. (I would recommend USB)
just in the settings you will need to assign different sources to different outputs of your interface.
if you just need 2 stereo tracks, then any 2x4 interface will suit you, if you need to make 5.1, then you need to take an interface with 6 outputs, such as the AVID Fast Track C600
