PJSUA how to make calls?

Use PJSUA and this script ( https://github.com/jrocharodrigues/sipamos/blob/ma... ) to make a call.
In the script, I just deleted the 97th line (because no proxies are needed) and changed the sip server data (login, password, etc.).
The number in line 112 was written differently (with plus, without and instead of plus 2 zeros), always the same error, I think the problem is not in the number

Judging by the errors, you are not authorized. Server returns 403 Forbidden response
