After exiting sleep mode, the entire screen is in pixels, so that the screen becomes normal, you need to go in and out of sleep mode several times, who faced such a problem? I can’t post the screenshot. when print screen on the photo for some reason it is normal to be displayed. I tried reinstalling ubuntu, didn't help.

The problem is in the initialization of the video card driver. Try switching between consoles after waking up Ctrl + Alt + F1, Ctrl + Alt + F2, Ctrl + Alt + F3, etc.
