Pitfalls with transferring a virtual machine?
Good afternoon.
There are 2 virtual machines on Hyper V (on Windows Server 2008 R2).
You need to save them and then use them on WS 2019.
As I understand it, you can just save / copy these 2 machines (VHD) somewhere and then when creating a virtual machine on WS2019, just use them.
Or are there other pitfalls?
For example, do not forget to write down how much space and memory has been allocated ... does it play any role?
Thanks
