Pinout 3.5mm headphones, 4 pins, what standard?

TRRS_headset_pinout_diversity.png
I started googling and found that there are a lot of standards. But there is always one option for sale. Which?
To go under modern smartphones, and under the macbook.

Two of them (as if "standard"). And macbooks, or rather bits, have their own unique, if I'm not confused.
I have a Nokia phone, a Chinese tablet and a Lenovo smartphone, Nokia has a normal 4-pin headset with a button, a similar headset from a Chinese tablet works with it in the same way, but in Lenovo both do not work, the sound goes through ... barrel. And the button doesn't work either. Like the Lenovo headset, it does not work either in Nokia or in Chinese (I don’t remember what’s with the sound, but I gave the headset to someone).

This question has already been answered here more than once, but since you are too lazy to google, I will answer again. Your top two options - this is the standard, I have not met the rest. And the two mentioned are about the same, so many Chinese headphones for smartphones are even equipped with a switch that allows you to select one of them (for example, these ones ).
