Pinned Chrome Tabs

Please tell me, I'm a new mac user and I had an unpleasant situation, when I close Google Chrome, all the tabs I open, even the pinned ones, are closed!
And when you reopen the browser, there is only one empty tab in it.
Before that I worked with chrome in linux and windows and there were no such problems.

We click on the red cross if we don’t want to see it again the next time we open it, there in many programs (browser, text editors, etc.), and in other cases get used to Cmd + Q.

These are chrome settings.
Settings -> Initial group, checkbox "Last opened pages".
