PHPStorm, where to get off it? nodejs / frontend developers, help?

Guys, I
want to change PHPStorm to something more productive and focused on development with JavaScript / HTML / CSS + typical front-end tools: gulp, webpack. bower, scss, less, etc.
Please advise your option.
Thank you!

WebStorm:
scss, less +++
gulp, bower - through the console (but it is built into webStorm and phpStorm)
Personally, I use git bash + phpStorm

Something more productive? vim.
In general, it is interesting what WebStorm / PhpStorm does not suit you. You can share.

the hands must be sharpened and the head is the
usual sublime and the console - behind the eyes
and yes, I don’t sit on macos / linux, everything works perfectly on Windows

Atom / Sublime usually covers all needs.
Although I often use Brackets for layout .
Now I'm porting work with PSDs from Brackets to Atom - I don't like how Avocode works in Atom.

Nowhere to go
In a few releases, perhaps Visual Studio will reach a similar level.

I'm sitting on Sublime 3 - a rather heavily configured environment

Everything in PHPStorm is configured by plugins for all gul, less, etc., just set it up and you will be happy
