PhPStorm view, restore entire clipboard or view activity log (deleted all day's work)?

I was making up the page all day, then I decided to see how it was before, copied everything and rolled back, PhPStrom automatically saved it. I looked at how it was before, I decided to make a screen, I saved the screen, and now I’m trying to roll back ... it wasn’t there, the print screen blocked the clipboard, and all the work for the whole day was gone, I can’t roll back forward.
Please tell me how to restore now?

right click on workspace -> local history
