PHPStorm 8 - Remote Server Resync?

Hello.
Started in PHPStorm 8.
I work on projects both at home and at work.
All my projects are on the same server.
And so, what is the incomprehensibility.
At work, I synced a project via FTP and edited, say, 12 files in a day.
When I get home, I open PHPStorm and I have these 12 files there without any changes.
Question: How can I resync a project so that I can quickly get all the file changes I made at work at home, and vice versa?
