Tell me please. I am importing via phpmyadmin csv file. The check for a duplicate goes only by the ID column for some reason, although in any case my ID is different. You need to check in a different way.
How would it be implemented? Change column type? thanks in advance

Check - no way.
You can hang a UNIQUE index in the table on the field and disable interrupting imports when errors occur.
Then only records with a unique field value will be imported into the table.
