PhpMyAdmin gives error #2002, how to solve this problem?

Hello. Can't start web server. Transferred denver to another computer (asus vivotab 8). At startup, the web server does not indicate any errors. However PhpMyAdmin throws an error on startup:

The server is not responding (or the local server's socket is not correctly configured).
Connection for controluser as defined in your configuration failed.

my firewall is disabled
skype is not installed
I tried to install another Denver from scratch (of course, I stopped the old one beforehand). On first start everything works. However, after the first restart, error #3002phpMhAdmin also appears.
On many resources, users are advised to throw out Denver because it is wretched and old.
Decided to try OpenServer. However, it didn't start at all, typing at startup:

Help plz!
Where to look for the reason? What else can you try to do to solve the problem?

Solution:
add to in my.ini (mysql config file, [mysqld] section) line:
innodb_flush_method=normal

Look at the logs in OpenServer.
Maybe MySQL won't start because the port is busy. Skype uses the same ports by default (they can be disabled in the Skype settings).
The logs will tell you exactly what's wrong.
Use OpenServer, give up Denver - it's outdated.
