Phpbb - how to re-index all BB codes in posts?

In some messages, bb codes are displayed in plain text. If you click "Edit" and then save, then bb codes start working. Tried the STK module, but for some reason it doesn't work. Indexes all messages and no result. I tried to check everything at once and in separate sections. STK works only in small sections of about 300 messages and if a single message is indexed. In addition to STK, can you somehow fix all bb codes? phpbb version 3.2.0

look and compare 2 messages in the database,
it is possible that some flag / parameter is simply set, depending on which the post-processing of bb tags occurs or not.

or for this module/plugin the messages to be processed must be specified.
then it's a matter of technology (the desired SQL query)
