php7 in ubuntu. Already there in the office. repositories?

Installing PHP7 on home ArchLinux is simple:

pacman -S php

But on the server there is ubuntu 14.04, I performed apt-get update and upgrade, but I did not find any packages in the repository. Are they not there yet? Tried to install packages with names: php7, php7.0, php7.0
But - Unable to locate package.

For 14.04 there is a PPA from Ondřej Surý.
At 16.04 in turnips of the distribution itself.
