PHP version for laravel?

The documentation says that the minimum PHP version for Laravel 5.3 is 5.6.4, but everything works for me on 5.6.2.
Does this mean that it will still "break" with me, with certain actions?

does not mean: emnip, all 5.6 updates are bugfixing.
It is better to upgrade, of course, but, as a rule, not critical.
