PHP Soap Server

Looking for a Soap Library that could generate a full-fledged WSDL by input and output data types, and, of course, work as a Soap server.
Alya in .net, a full-fledged good tool. So that later the client can generate all the data structures on its side and generate the client side code of the library.
Has anyone come across anything that works in this regard?

Doesn't the built-in soap server ( www.php.net/manual/ru/class.soapserver.php ) meet all the given requirements?
