Php or java as first language?

Good afternoon! I will describe everything quickly and clearly.
1. There was an opportunity to study at the academy (1 year of study every day from 9:00-15:00 study) and get junior documents. + 100% paid practice in European IT in the chosen profession. I also live in Europe.
2. You need to choose a language to learn PHP or Java. (The choice is between these 2 languages)
3. Languages ​​(as I already understand it, I think) will be studied in depth (ie there are many hours of training and topics too.)
There is more of a bias here and there on the Web.
Frameworks are different, OOP and so on. 
Goals:
1. You need to save money (earn money) for the profession that you dream of (not related to IT)
