PHP IDE for weak computer?

Guys, hello everyone!
I can’t be perverted with this Sublime Text , a million plugins, but zero sense.
But I have a weak computer, let's take 4 GB of RAM as a standard, a 2 GHz dual-core processor.
Main requirements:

  • Support Documents
  • Syntax check, say forgot semicolon - line is highlighted in red
  • Support synchronization with a remote server. Browse remote directories, sync with local directory, upload when saving files.
  • Built-in Git support

It seems that this is all of the basic requirements.
Would you recommend any development environments for my needs?
PS: The ideal for me is NetBeans, but it loads very slowly (about 3 minutes) and freezes constantly.

Sublime is exactly what you need in terms of performance.
PS:
Personally, I use vim on weak machines.
On more serious products - JetBrains
In principle, you can use JetBrains on yours, it will be slightly uncomfortable to slow down. But they are wildly comfortable.

Hello.
Have you tried Atom? In general, of course, PHPStorm would be nice ...

I don’t understand what the problem is, put a storm, it works pretty well on this configuration. Regarding the download: 3 minutes is not critical, after downloading everything works pretty fast. If you do not turn it off, then the work is quite comfortable.
