Php+gost how to specify a patch before compiling?
There is ubuntu server 16.04, php+nginx is installed on it, php 7.1 is manually assembled with oracleDB support.
It is necessary to make support in php curl+openssl GOST. I found a good article https://habr.com/post/189352/, everything seems to be clear, but there is a problem - you need to add a description of the patch to SPEC/php.spec, but in code 7.1 there is no such folder and such file.
Where is patch specified in php 7? And will what is described in the article work with php7 and ubuntu? Thank you!
