PHP-FPM returns SIGNAL 7 (SIGBUS)?

child 10391 exited on signal 7 (SIGBUS) after 26412.877643 seconds from start

This error crashes in the PHP-FPM logs, on NGINX it appears in the logs as

recv() failed (104: Connection reset by peer) while reading response header from upstream

I have already read a bunch of forums, if I don’t have an APC module, I don’t know where to look anymore, the error is floating and I can’t understand under what circumstances it occurs, tell me where to look?
