Photoshop: Is it possible to specify fonts without installing them on the system?

Hello.
Each site layout requires a different set of fonts in Photoshop. Drag on the computer all the fonts of the Internet - not an option. Is it possible to specify an alternate storage or font folder for Photoshop to pull from there?

Can. For this, there are special programs for font management (Font managers).
When I used Windows, I used Nexus Font for this . Allows you to create catalogs with fonts and upload a folder or a specific font.
At the same time, the system folder with fonts remains clean.
True, it was all back in the year, so 15-16 ... But judging by the site, the application is still being updated, so it should seem to be ok)

It is not necessary to install fonts on the system.
There is a folder for fonts pulled by programs from Adobe -
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts
