What is the purpose of study? If UI design, it is better to use Sketch 3 (only for mac, you can install a hackintosh). A lot of people use Photoshop for UI design, although it was not originally intended for this. There are a lot of extra functions and at the same time there are no some functions that are necessary specifically for the UI. By no means am I saying that Photoshop is not needed, but still the purpose of the program is different, although sometimes without it you need to be able to use it at a basic level. Sketch is getting really big in the states right now and it's MUCH better for designing apps, websites and the like. It is tailored specifically for the UI, and it is also many times easier to learn.
There are many articles on Sketch on Medium, plus a list of resources here. In fact, whether it's Photoshop or any other program, just find "how to do things" lessons and repeat stupidly. At the same time, it’s better to take and try to make your project some kind, because, like in programming, here you can’t get anywhere without practice. In general, I recommend that you first think about whether you need Photoshop?
