Photomontage. How it works?

Hello!
I have a few questions about photomontage.

I need to make the system shown in the picture.

The camera is on a tripod. It is connected to a computer USB (1 in the picture) and a video cable (2 in the picture). The laptop sends a signal to the TV.

The task is to display a real-time picture on the TV screen with the background already replaced, and when photographing, the photo would simply be saved to the computer (with a green background) and then processed manually.

Question: what camera will work simultaneously with a plugged in usb and a video output? what program to send this signal from the fotik with a replaced background to the TV? Are there free solutions?

From the analog reer and Adobe software, I immediately refuse, due to the cost.

Why do you need a video output too? Any normal camera can send a picture via USB in Live View mode, I personally checked it on the Nikon D5000 and D7000, and the younger models can probably do it. But I won’t tell you such software, I haven’t come across it, usually just enough output to the screen.

or the old-fashioned alternative - rear projection onto the screen and shooting in front of it
