Photogallery news.list. How to add more pictures to scroll?

They gave the site for support in addition to the main duties - system administration. And I didn’t come across Bitrix (and web development in general). There is a component on the page that should work as an image gallery: a picture, a description (in the component settings, the tab is called "Announcement"), arrows in the form of corners on the left and right of the picture - for scrolling through the pictures. Initially, they gave it with one picture, but I don’t know how to add more pictures and descriptions to them in the component so that this scrolling works.
I try to do it through "Add a banner" - I can't scroll, it's the same picture. Although the added picture seems to be saved somewhere.
