phalcon project team. How to create a project skeleton in the current folder?

If you write "phalcon project ./" it will output "Error: Directory D:\OpenServer\domains\phalcon.loc\.\ already exists."
Those. the only option that turns out is to go up to the domain directory and from there execute a command with the name of the domain at the root of which the project will be created.
If I'm not mistaken, then half a year ago when I worked with phalcon, I managed to deploy the project in the current folder. But I can't remember how I did it.
