pfsense routing?
Good afternoon ! Tell me please. There is a server on pfSense on a white IP 217.76.xxx.130/28, you need to forward all available ip addresses 217.76.xxx.131-217.76.xxx.140 through it with a speed limit and issue it to clients. All clients are physically connected to the LAN via DHCP 172.16.0.xxx and receive ip. How can this be implemented. Help PLEASE HELP. Thank you !

It's not clear you have several ip addresses coming to pfSense?
Why forward them all to clients?
As I understand it, in your case you need to use one external ip address and natit (distribute) the Internet from the local area through it. There are quite a few recipes for setting all this up on the net.
