Personal data for SSL to the site?

To get a free certificate for 90 days (sslforfree.com and the like), it is enough to pass a simple validation with file placement on the domain. But here are all the paid ssl for a year that I managed to find, require the provision of personal data (name, phone number, etc.), and some with phone number validation.
Is it possible to get paid ssl for a year with a simple domain validation, without specifying personal data?

No. This is a registrar requirement. A paid certificate therefore inspires more confidence, because just an anonymous person cannot get it, even DV.
