Permissions on the file in /var/run/ are reset after a reboot, why?

Nginx uses the php-fpm module. I give 777 permissions to php-fpm.sock, otherwise the site responds with a 503 error. But as soon as the computer is restarted, they are reset. Is it possible to keep the rights to this file for life?
