When compiling pyinstaller, this error appears at the end.
There are no errors when running the code with python (probably)

CMD and .bat do not rule this, everything is decided by Microsoft PowerShell from the administrator or python - m before Pyinstaller I have a cache ... I can’t say for sure but by running PowerShell
