Permanent Google Maps API key?

Good afternoon!
Noticed this problem. That they give out the key for a certain period, and as soon as this period passes, the map falls, and refactoring the code every time and getting a new key is somehow not right.
Are there any options?
And now I just do not write the key and I have warnings, but this does not prevent the map from working. Is this a bad crutch? :)

Probably you do not have a key for a certain period, but you exceed the limits and it stops working.
