Periodic reboot of the smartphone?

Recently, I began to notice that the phone immediately after turning on (a day after) consumes no more than 40% of the RAM. After 400 hours of work, I saw that the phone does not eat less than 75% of the memory.
Do I need to periodically reboot the phone to clear the memory, or not?
PS HTC Wildfire A3333, Android 2.1.

Do not install left software like any tweaks, task managers, etc. Especially carefully choose software that requires root rights (if this is relevant for you). Otherwise, android handles memory quite well on its own. On the contrary, it would be strange if the memory would not be used. In the right system, memory is always utilized to the maximum, not for programs, but for disk cache and buffers.
