For me (in Kazakhstan) Yandex has been behaving strangely for a week now. I thought the provider (provides 100 Mb / s) screwed up or under-screwed something (they constantly stir up something with security - they recently introduced parental control over the network), but no. All friends also have Yandex slow. Recently I had to work with parking a domain to Yandex for mail, so I just got nervous. Constantly in Google Chrome he writes "Creating a secure connection ..." and such an inscription at the bottom left hangs for several minutes on each page and nothing is loading. Then he will check what he is trying to load so hard there and it turned out that he cannot load some scripts. Or am I missing something?)
