PC with static and dynamic IP on the same network?
Tell me, in our office network there are computers without manually setting IP, that is, with dynamic addresses that the router distributes every time, in connection with which there are problems on the printer, as I believe because of this. The printer has a scanner that can be configured through its touch panel to scan to a network folder, and this folder falls off about once a month, that is, the printer loses it, you have to specify the network again. What if the printer and the PC on which the scan folder is assigned static addresses, can then the PC with a dynamic IP have access to them? We do not want to do statics for everyone for various reasons ..

Why don't you want to reserve addresses in DHCP for specific devices?
This is done quite simply, in just a few clicks of the mouse.
(if you tell me what your addresses are handing out, I will be very happy to help you do this).
you can also connect the printer and scanner by name, not by address,
or set it to a static address
