PC with flash drive inserted won't boot?
With the inserted flash drive, Windows does not boot.
This was not the case before.
If you pull out the flash drive, then Windows loads as it should. And if you leave it, it says "An error has occurred. Your computer needs to be restarted. The restart will be performed automatically"

This issue was addressed by changing boot priorities.
In the BIOS, the hard drive itself, where Windows was located, was in the 10th place in the priority list, and the USB devices were in the 2nd place. I put the hard drive in place 2 and tried to start with and without a flash drive. In both cases, Windows booted successfully.
Problem solved.
