PayPal and tax from the "self-employed" for the sale of copyright software?

I have written a computer program (plugin) and I am going to sell it through the PayPal payment system. The audience of buyers is mainly (99%) expected to be foreign, so the program will be sold "there" for dollars.
The amount of income is not expected to be large, in the range of 30,000-40,000 rubles. per month. For peace of mind, I would like to do everything according to the law, for which I want to register as "self-employed" and pay taxes on this estimated income. In this regard, several questions arose, the answers to which I tried to find on the Internet, but for the most part they turned out to be vague and without specifics.
The "self-employed" law requires you to write checks for every purchase and send them to customers. The process of implementing this action is not completely clear. How can I do this if all transactions between the seller and buyers are made through PayPal and not directly? Suppose I still get confused and will record every transaction passing through PayPal in the "My Tax" program, write out a check and send it to the buyer's email, but does he (the buyer) need this? The buyer will already receive a notification from PayPal about the transaction made by him. In addition, in the same place in PayPal, at the request of the buyer, you can issue an invoice for payment. How to combine all this with reporting in the My Tax program?
Of course, it is not supposed to withdraw money from PayPal immediately after each purchase, but only after accumulating a certain amount once or twice a month (15,000-20,000 rubles each). How, in this case, to issue checks in the "My tax" program? After all, in fact, it turns out that I will have to send an invoice to PayPal myself for the amount that I will receive in my bank account upon withdrawal?
In general, the details and a detailed description of the entire process are of interest. I would be very grateful if someone could describe all this more intelligibly or at least direct me to a source of information on this issue.

@ZvonD

It is not necessary to transfer them.
The buyer himself is interested in the check to resolve civil disputes.
For the Federal Tax Service, the declaration of the fact of income is important.

Keep in mind also that according to clause 13.1 z of the "User Agreement for PayPal Services" it is forbidden to use personal accounts for commercial purposes and business, and corporate accounts require the presence of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, i.e. PayPal is currently not ready for this type of transactions with private "self-employed" individuals, which can lead to its blocking at any time. I hope that this will change, but as of today the rules are as follows.

you just need to confirm with a request from the inspector that
"PayPal 54-FZ does not apply if you trade with foreign clients, since this law applies only to residents of the Russian Federation"
and everything will converge
