Can anyone advise a popular payment system in Russia that allows not only accepting payments from users, but also automatically pay users money to their accounts (from a legal entity to individuals)?
There are many systems that allow you to accept money from users, but on the contrary, I can’t find a single one to pay them (to an account in the payment system). Or do such systems not exist so that international terrorism is not financed?

With our tax and banking legislation, it is practically impossible to legally pay something other than a salary (or under a work contract) from a legal entity to an individual.
