A Sberbank employee installed the sp30 pinpad, installed the drivers, checked the payment, everything went through and works.
I'm trying to connect an enterprise to 1C 8.3, according to all the instructions, the equipment is supported.
But when testing, I get the error "Test failed. Status=-1 (unknown transaction status)".
The device on which port is 8, the speed is 115200, the currency is 643.
Okay, I will initialize the payment myself through LoadParm.exe in the folder that the Sberbank employee left.
Who needs cmd "LoadParm.exe 1 100" value 1 - payment for 1.00 rubles. Value 3-cancellation, 7-reconciliation.
And everything surprisingly works, although the forums complain about the wire with this error. Has anyone experienced this and what are your ideas?
