Partially not working google fonts fonts?

When connecting fonts through the google fonts api, some of the fonts are connected, the rest are not. For example, Roboto, Motserrat are always connected, but Poppins are not. I work with wscode. What could be the problem?

well, and accordingly connected

The problem is that there is no Cyrillic alphabet in Poppins.
